Signs of Fall
Good study habits, logical, and practical are all traits of this sign. Efficiency, neatness are good things to have. I desire these traits as you know. Help me Virgo to learn and grow.
Seems that time is flying by. Just a short while ago I was having fun with Leo, and now I struggle with Virgo. It is a struggle believe me. I’m not one to be logical or extremely practical when it comes down to it. And I feel that this is what is holding back my enjoyment of this time with Virgo. I also don’t want to do what I normally do when I run across something that is difficult or rubs me the wrong way. Normally I would just take what I need and leave it at that. But I think I would be missing something very important here if I did that.
So the question remains…how do I improve my understanding of being logical and practical?
Well let me start by defining what those qualities are to me.
Logical is easy enough. It is simply using the facts on hand instead of emotional intuition. Decisions are based on fact rather than insight. I am terrible at that to be honest. I ‘feel’ my way through a situation rather than think about it. But on the plus side I do tend to look for those elusive facts about the events or people before jumping in with insight. Or at least I hope I do. Sometimes with people it isn’t so easily done. Still- this seems to be the way that I can incorporate being logical into my daily life.
As for being practical…I would define it as the ability to answer a simple question with yes or no and being able to walk away if the answer is no. Again not something that I practice on a daily basis. Some might think this refers to possessions only or possibly events, but very rarely is it applied to people as a question. The question I would ask is “Is this useful to me right now?”.
If the answer is no, then why am I bothering to do it?
So I guess this is something I need to work on, and it is doable. And I love things that are doable. 🙂
